Yoto

Community Guidelines

Last updated: August 27, 2026

These rules apply to everyone on Yoto — members, channel staff, and channel owners. They exist to keep channels safe, lawful, and pleasant to use.

Not allowed

  • Illegal activity of any kind, or content that facilitates it.
  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeting people based on who they are.
  • Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
  • Adult sexual content, graphic violence, or shocking imagery.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation of people or organizations, or requests for passwords, card numbers, or identity documents.
  • Buying, selling, or transferring money, credits, or anything of monetary value through chat. Yoto does not support transactions, and staff will never ask you to send money or financial details in a conversation.
  • Spam, malware, or links designed to deceive.
  • Sharing other people's personal information without consent.

Reporting and enforcement

  • Double-tap any message you receive to report it. Reports go to the channel's moderators and to platform staff.
  • Violations can lead to content removal, account restriction, or permanent suspension of an account or an entire channel, at our discretion.
  • If you believe your channel is asking you to break these rules, report it — reports about channel staff are reviewed by the platform, not by that channel.

Age requirement

Yoto is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use it.
